Repairs on Items not Replated
Notice: any piece that is soldered or had dents removed may not have silver plating left on that area; the base metal may show.

Soldering hinge, foot, handle, spout, etc. as needed (except new parts) is $42.00 minimum.

Removing dents and straightening holloware will cost approximately 60% of comparable silver plating prices. This also includes cleaning and polishing. Firm prices will be given upon physical examination of pieces.

Notice
Replated silver is never like new. Wear marks, deep pitting, etching, and knife cuts may still show. Decorative metals are often of uncertain origin or manufacture. Skilled craftsmen often make handsome artifacts of impure or carelessly alloyed metals. These uncertainties can defeat even the best attempts at restoration. We can therefore make no guarantees of durability or performance of such items. We promise our best professional efforts, the finest of repair materials, and honest advice concerning maintenance. However we cannot be responsible for materials and workmanship beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage to glass, china, enamel or stones when shipped with silver for repair. They should be removed prior to shipping. Lacquered coatings are not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.

Services We perform

1. Restoration of gold, sterling, silver plate, pewter, brass, copper, tin and nambe.
2. Plating (hotel quality) in gold, silver, bass, copper and tin.
3. Polishing and refinishing:
   Power polishing 50% of plating cost. Hand cleaning and polishing 25% of plating charge.
4. Lacquering: 15% of plating charge. Not recommended on food utensils.

Pricing
This price list is only a guide. To be effective the user must have some metal repair education. It is not intended and cannot be used as an absolute.

1. Prices include minimal soldering, dent removal and straightening.
2. Unusual items or pieces in need of extensive repair must be seen for accurate quotes.
3. Church Service Artifacts can only be estimated after viewing the complexity of the article.
4. All orders must be prepaid or shipped C.O.D.
5. Businesses may apply for open account. Payments must be made within 10 work days after articles returned.
6. Delinquent accounts will be shipped C.O.D. no exceptions.

Return Time

1. Five to eight weeks is normal.
2. Extensive repairs require extra time.
3. Rush orders will be charged 25% extra.

Insurance
Store and shipping insurance is limited to $100.00 unless a higher amount is specified. Extra insurance is $1.00 per $100.00 of coverage. Business and home owner policies may cover items for shipment and repair; contact your agent.
